—–We moved here in Canada a few months ago and I consider this place my new world, apart from my other world which is US & Philippines. We are now starting our life here. The photo below was from my first visit to Windsor, one of the big city here in Ontario and it’s only 30 minutes drive from the town where we live. But, it’s not the city of Windsor though, that place is a downtown Detroit, it is the Detroit River that divided the two city. If Detroit is the Automotive Capital of US, so Windsor is for Canada. It’s my first entry for My World Tuesday.

Have a happy week everyone!

I used to live in the suburbs of Detroit. We moved north about 3 years ago. Sure is a shame that Detroit has gone so far down, and will be even more of a shame if that big GM building (the Renaissance Center) ever goes empty. My parents took me to eat at the rotating restaurant on the top floor when I was a teenager. It was quite a sight to behold. If you ever get the chance to go to the International Freedom Festival to watch the fireworks, make sure you bring your camera. It is very pretty to watch all the fireworks over the Detroit River.
