Spare A Penny!

My family and relatives back in my home country, Philippines, is one of the many victims of killer typhoon,Ondoy, that attack 3 days ago. It was the worst typhoon record that hit the part of Luzon. Two days after not hearing anything from them, my sister sent me a text message today that they literally lost everything and no money to buy a food, there’s no way for them to ask help from others because, they too are a victim.
I already send them some of my own, even my son Patrick is so willing to give them the money he got for his birthday. I am now asking my fellow bloggers if you can spare a penny out of your paypal account,credit card or debit card .I would appreciate it more than anything. It breaks my heart because living far away from them, this is the only thing I can do. I wish I could do more.

—Linis, Iyan ang problema ngayon ng aking pamilya na nasa Pilipinas, dahil sa nakaraang bagyo, halos buong kapaligiran ay kailangang linisin. Siguro aabutin sila ng mahigit pa sa isang buwan bago mawala ang bakas ng nagdaang bagyo.

Ang aking entry naman ay ang mga lunch box ng aking dalawang estudiyante. Hindi ko pa ito nahugasan bago ko nilitratuhan, ito ang aking unang tinitingnan sa tuwing sila ay darating ng bahay, at ako’y talagang natutuwa kapag nakikita ko itong malinis sa kahit na anong tirang pagkain na kanilang binaon. Ibig sabihin kasi,bukod sa hindi sila ginutom sa school ah wala rin masasayang na pagkain. Lalo na ngayon at halos kahit saang bahagi ng mundo ay may nangyayaring kalamidad, dapat lang na magtipid sa kung ano man ang meron tayo dahil talagang walang nakakaalam ng mangyayari sa araw ng bukas.

Going On Vacation

Is the last thing I want to do right now. With so many things going on with my family back home, just to think of going or to enjoy an Orlando vacations even this time of the year or in the next coming years is still sound impossible to me. We simply cannot afford it, but if some of you are already planning your next summer get away, you might wanna give it a try.
